Smart Stock Refund and Cancellation Policy

The module is free. Paid plans buy access to the forecasting service through your API key. You can request a refund within seven days of your first payment, and cancel at any time.
1. Scope
This policy applies to paid subscriptions for the Niyu Smart Stock AI inventory module only. It does not cover any other Niyu Labs product.
The module itself is free. What you pay for is access to the forecasting service through your API key. Payments are processed by Razorpay.
2. Seven day refund on your first payment
If you are not satisfied with a Paid plan, you can request a refund within seven days of your first payment.

4. Cancelling your subscription
You can cancel a Paid plan at any time by emailing info@niyulabs.com.
When you cancel, your plan keeps working until the end of the period you have already paid for. We do not refund the unused part of that period. At the end of the period, your API key is downgraded to the Free tier, or disabled, and it does not renew.
5. Auto renewal and failed payments
Paid plans renew automatically, monthly or yearly depending on the cycle you chose, until you cancel.
If a recurring payment fails, we may deactivate your API key or downgrade it to the Free tier.
6. Price changes
Prices may change at any time without prior notice. We will try to notify paid customers in advance, by email to the address registered on your account or the email you first used to contact us. If you do not want to renew at a new price, you can cancel before your next renewal.
7. Free tier and trials
The Free tier is free to use and has no time limit, subject to its usage limits and to these and our other terms. We may suspend, downgrade, or disable a Free tier key, or a paid plan you are trying before payment, at our discretion, including where there is misuse or a breach, or where the key runs unattended and you do not respond to our emails. The Free tier works well as a way to try the product. If you would like a trial of a Paid plan, contact us at info@niyulabs.com.
8. One time payments and on-premise setups
If you want a one time payment or an on-premise setup rather than a recurring subscription, contact us at info@niyulabs.com. These are arranged separately and may have different terms.
9. How to request a refund or cancel
For a refund or a cancellation, email info@niyulabs.com from your account email, and include your API key or the email linked to your subscription.
10. Resellers and white label partners
