Using Niyu Smart Stock? Because it connects your Odoo to our forecasting service, it has its own Privacy Policy that takes precedence for that product. The policy below covers the website and all other Niyu Labs products.

Niyu Labs ("we," "our," or "us") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you visit niyulabs.com, purchase our software modules, or engage with our services.

2. How Our Software Handles Your Data (The "Niyu Guarantee")

We build AI and data tools for Odoo. We believe your business data belongs to you.

Data Connectors: BigQuery, Redshift, Snowflake, and Synapse connector modules facilitate a direct, point-to-point connection between your Odoo server and your chosen data warehouse. Niyu Labs servers never intercept, process, or store your payload or business records.

AI Solutions: AI Analyst, AI to SQL, and PDF RAG modules operate on a Bring Your Own Key (BYOK) model. Only necessary database schema metadata, such as table names and column types, and your specific prompts are sent securely to the LLM provider. Niyu Labs does not collect, log, or monitor your prompts, queries, or the resulting data.

Niyu Smart Stock: Niyu Smart Stock connects your Odoo to our forecasting service, so it handles data differently from the modules above. It has its own Privacy Policy, which takes precedence for that product. A link to it is at the top of this page.

3. Data We Collect (Website & Billing)

While our software does not harvest your data, we do collect essential information to run our business:

Customer Information: When you purchase a product or book a consultation, we collect your name, company name, email address, and billing details.

Transaction Data: Payments are processed securely via Razorpay. We do not store your card details.

Analytics: We use analytics tools, including Google Analytics and PostHog, to understand website traffic and improve our user experience. These tools may collect aggregated usage information such as page views, browser details, device information, and approximate location derived from IP addresses.

To deliver the software modules and license keys you purchased.
